【摘要】:ThispartofISO1873specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofPPmouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePPmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO1873,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinpart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
