【摘要】:1MainpurposeThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoestablishanursingreferenceterminologymodelconsistentwiththegoalsandobjectivesofotherspecifichealthterminologymodelsinordertoprovideamoreunifiedreferencehealthmodel.ThisInternationalStandardincludesthedevelopmentofreferenceterminologymodelsfornursingdiagnosesandnursingactionsandrelevantterminologyanddefinitionsforitsimplementation.Thepotentialusesforthisreferenceterminologymodelareto·supporttheintensionaldefinitionofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsreflectiveofabroadrangeofrolesandpracticesettings,·facilitatetherepresentationofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsandtheirrelationshipsinamannersuitableforcomputerprocessing,·provideaframeworkforthegenerationofcompositionalexpressionsfromatomicconceptswithinareferenceterminology,·facilitatetheconstructionofnursingterminologiesinaregularformwhichwillmakemappingamongthemeasier,·facilitatethemappingamongnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsfromvariousterminologiesincludingthosedevelopedasinterfaceterminologiesandstatisticalclassifications,·enablethesystematicevaluationofterminologiesandassociatedterminologymodelsforpurposesofharmonization,and·providealanguagetodescribethestructureofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsinordertoenableappropriateintegrationwithotherreferenceterminologymodelsandwithinformationmodels.2TargetgroupsThetargetgroupsforthisInternationalStandardare·developersofcodingsystemsandterminologiesthatincludenursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconcepts,toassistinthedevelopment,refinement,andmaintenanceofaparticularterminology,aswellasforcomparisonsamongdifferentsystems,·developersofreferenceterminologymodelsforotherhealth-caredomains,toexplicatetherelationshipsandoverlapwithnursingconcepts,·informationmodellers,knowledgeengineers,andstandardsdevelopersbuildingmodelsforhealth-informationmanagementsystemssuchaselectronichealthrecordsanddecisionsupportsystems,todescribetheexpectedcontentofterminologicalvaluedomainsforparticularattributesanddataelementsintheinformationmodels,·developersofinformationsystemsthatrequireanexplicitsystemofconceptsforinternalorganization,datawarehousemanagementandmiddlewareservices,·developersofsoftwarefornaturallanguageprocessing,tofacilitateharmonisationoftheiroutputwithcodingsystems,and·developersofmark-upstandardsforrepresentationofhealth-caredocuments.3TopicsconsideredoutsidescopeTopicsconsideredoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandardinclude·acomprehensivecategorialstructurefornursingdiagnosesandnursinginterventions,·adetailedclassification,nomenclature,orreferenceterminologyofnursingdiagnosesornursingactions,·descriptorsandguidelinestorepresentcontextualinformationfortherecordingofinformationwithinanelectronichealthrecord,·anexhaustivelistofallthepotentialdetailsthatcouldappearinexpressionsofnursingdiagnosesandnursingactions,·anexhaustivethesauruswiththecompletelistofdescriptorstobeusedtodescribenursingdiagnosesandnursingactions,·relationshipsamonghealthprofessionals,and·communicationofnursingdiagnosisandnursingactionconceptsbetweenelectronichealthrecords.
