【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversguidelines,requirements,andproceduresforevaluatingtheeffectofRolledErosionControlProducts(RECPs)onseedgerminationandvegetationenhancement.1.2ThistestmethodwillevaluatetheeffectsofRECPsonseedgerminationinacontrolledenvironment.1.3Thistestmethodutilizesbench-scaletestingproceduresandshallnotbeinterpretedasindicativeoffieldperformance.1.4Thistestmethodisnotintendedtoreplacefull-scalesimulationorfieldtestinginacquisitionofperformancevaluesthatarerequiredinthedesignoferosioncontrolmeasuresutilizingRECPs.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
