【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardsetsoutaframeworkofrequirementstomanageaPKIthroughcertificatepoliciesandcertificationpracticestatementsandtoenabletheuseofpublickeycertificatesinthefinancialservicesindustry.Italsodefinescontrolobjectivesandsupportingprocedurestomanagerisks.ThisInternationalStandarddrawsadistinctionbetweenPKIsystemsusedinopen,closedandcontractualenvironments.Itfurtherdefinestheoperationalpracticesrelativetofinancialservicesindustryacceptedinformationsystemscontrolobjectives.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtohelpimplementerstodefinePKIpracticesthatcansupportmultiplecertificatepoliciesthatincludetheuseofdigitalsignature,remoteauthenticationanddataencryption.ThisInternationalStandardfacilitatestheimplementationofoperational,baselinePKIcontrolpracticesthatsatisfytherequirementsforthefinancialservicesindustryinacontractualenvironment.WhilethefocusofthisInternationalStandardisonthecontractualenvironment,applicationofthisdocumenttootherenvironmentsisnotspecificallyprecluded.Forthepurposesofthisdocument,theterm“certificate”referstopublickeycertificates.AttributecertificatesareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardistargetedforseveralaudienceshavingdissimilarneedsandthereforetheuseofthisdocumentwillhaveadifferentfocusforeach.BusinessManagersandAnalystsarethosewhorequireinformationregardingusingPKItechnologyintheirevolvingbusinesses(e.g.,electroniccommerce)andshouldfocusonClauses1to6.TechnicalDesignersandImplementersarethosewhoarewritingtheircertificatepolicy(ies)andcertificationpracticestatement(s)andshouldfocusonClauses6to8andAnnexesAtoF.OperationalManagementandAuditorsarethosewhoareresponsibleforday-to-dayoperationsofthePKIandvalidatingcompliancetothisdocumentandshouldfocusonClauses6to8.
