【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforandmethodsoftestingoforganiccoatingswhichareappliedtometallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithchemicalsubstances(liquids,solidsandgases).Therequirementsspecifiedheremaybeusedforthepurposesofqualitycontrol(e.g.asagreedbetweenthecontractpartnersorbeengivenbynationalregulations).ThestandarddoesnotcovercoatingsasinENISO12944-1,butitdoesapplytocoatingswhichserveoneormoreofthefollowingpurposes:?toprotectthecomponentfromadverseeffectsofaggressivesubstances;?toprotectwaters(e.g.groundwater)againsthazardoussubstances;?toprotectthechargefrombecomingcontaminatedbycomponentsreleasedfromthesubstratematerial;?toachieveaparticularsurfaceproperties.Thedescribedcoatingsaretobeusedformetallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithchemicalsubstances.Thedifferentcoatingsystemsare:?laminatecoatingsystemswhichcontaincold-curingresins;?trowelledcoatingwhichcontaincold-curingresins;?sprayedcoatingsystemswhichcontainresins(inspecialcases,suchcoatingsmayalsobeappliedbybrushing,rolling,flowcoating,dipping,orbyothermeans,suchasprovidingsleevingfornozzles);?powdercoatingsystemswhichcontainorganicmaterials(powdercoatingsmaybeusedascorrosionprotectionorfornon-stickpurposes).FordesignandpreparationofsubstrateseeEN14879-1.
