【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60034-specifiestestmethodsforthedeterminationofsoundpowerlevelofrotatingelectricalmachines;–specifiesmaximumA-weightedsoundpowerlevelsforfactoryacceptancetestingofnetwork-supplied,rotatingelectricalmachinesinaccordancewithlEC60034-1,havingmethodsofcoolingaccordingtolEC60034-6anddegreesofprotectionaccordingtolEC60034-5,andhavingthefollowingcharacteristics:?standarddesign,eithera.c.ord.c.,withoutadditionalspecialelectrical,mechanical,oracousticalmodificationsintendedtoreducethesoundpowerlevel;?ratedoutputfrom1kW(orkVA)uptoandincluding5500kW(orkVA);?ratedspeednotgreaterthan3750min–1.–providesguidanceforthedeterminationofnoiselevelsfora.c.cageinductionmotorssuppliedbyconverters.Excludedarea.c.motorssuppliedbyconverters.FortheseconditionsseeIEC60034-17forguidance.TheobjectofthisstandardistodeterminemaximumA-weightedsoundpowerlevels,LWAindecibels,dB,forairbornenoiseemittedbyrotatingelectricalmachinesofstandarddesign,asafunctionofpower,speedandload,andtospecifythemethodofmeasurementandthetestconditionsappropriateforthedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelofthemachinestoprovideastandardizedevaluationofmachinenoiseuptothemaximumspecifiedsoundpowerlevels.Thisstandarddoesnotprovidecorrectionfortheexistenceoftonalcharacteristics.Soundpressurelevelsatadistancefromthemachinemayberequiredinsomeapplications,suchashearingprotectionprograms.InformationisprovidedonsuchaprocedureinClause8basedonastandardizedtestenvironment.NOTE1Thisstandardrecognizestheeconomicreasonfortheavailabilityofstandardnoise-levelmachinesforuseinnon-criticalareasorforusewithsupplementarymeansofnoiseattenuation.NOTE2WheresoundpowerlevelslowerthanthosespecifiedinTables1or2arerequired,theseshouldbeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser,asspecialelectrical,mechanical,oracousticaldesignmayinvolveadditionalmeasures.
